Imprivata Enterprise Access Management Cloud Scheduled Maintenance Mar 18, 2026 05:00-06:00 EDT

On Thursday March 18th Imprivata will be updating our EAM hybrid cloud products between 5:00 AM ET and 6:00 AM ET.
Services will be unavailable for 5-10 min during this window.
Other cloud services would not be impacted by this upgrade.
Once complete, Operation will resume normally with no additional action required

Cloud Platform Scheduled Maintenance Mar 18, 2026 18:00-18:30 EDT

On Thursday, March 18, Imprivata will perform scheduled maintenance for our common cloud platform between 6:00 PM ET and 6:30 PM ET.
During this time, cloud services may be intermittently unavailable. Products that rely on these services could experience brief disruptions.
Services are expected to return to normal immediately following the maintenance window. No customer action is required.
